"Cassandra Kubinski is very similar to the singer/songwriters of the late 70's...proves that the genre can still be transcendent."- Billy Joel
Cassandra Kubinski has been a frequent visitor to Saratoga Springs over the past couple years, and stumbled one evening upon Caffe Lena's open mic night. Sitting down at our piano, this vivacious singer, actress, producer, and yogi launched into a couple of her original piano songs and a new relationship was kindled. She tours from the US to Germany to Jamaica and has supported artists such as Anna Nalick, Dickie Betts, and Ingram Hill; and you've heard her songs on NBC, "Dance Moms", "Real Housewives of Miami," the Food Network, E! News, and more. Her latest album, "Just Being Myself", features trumpeter Chris Botti and 16 songs spanning love, loss, nature, flirtation, and celebration, delivered in her signature theatrical pop style. Her anthem for the Autism community, "Not So Different," currently supports programs, services and research through organizations such as Autism Speaks.
