The Italian Kitchen: An Umbrian Easter

Join Viola Buitoni as she takes us down the meanders of her rich culinary memories and recreates some of the delicacies found on the Easter table of her childhood. Through one of Viola's absolute favorite menus, you will be transported to the countryside outside her hometown of Perugia.

Menu:

Torta di Pasqua con capocollo (Umbrian Easter cheese bread with capocollo)
Fritto di carciofi e agnello (fried lamb chops and baby artichokes)
Frittata di asparagi (asparagus frittata)
Crostata di visciole (sour cherry tart)
