Cooking with Vikas Khanna

Come cook with Vikas Khanna, the award-winning Michelin-starred chef, restaurateur, filmmaker, humanitarian and host of the TV series MasterChef India. One of New York City's top-rated chefs, Khanna has worked at Salaam Bombay, The Café at the Rubin Museum, and Junoon. He was named one of the "50 Sexiest Men Alive" by People Magazine India, and earned the title of "New York's Hottest Chef" from Eater NY. Vikas is also recognized for his humanitarian efforts with sakiv, New York Chefs Cooking for Life, and his documentary film series, Holy Kitchens.

This class will feature recipes from Khanna's latest book, Return to the Rivers: Recipes and Memories of the Himalayan River Valleys.
