Mission Wine: Basics

This class kicks off our monthly wine class series. The series is put together by Becky Swanson (Delfina Restaurant and Pizzeria wine director) and Josh Adler (Bi-Rite Market wine buyer).

Each class will feature six wines selected around a chosen theme and will be limited to 20 people.

Mission Wine: Basics

This class will introduce you to wine terminology, and will elaborate the exact meaning of often used (and over-used) wine vocabulary through tasting. We will taste about the concepts of old world vs. new world; oak vs. stainless steel; and older vintages vs new releases.
