Thank you for being a vendor at the Raise the Roof fundraiser for sponsored by the Wildwood Sanitarium Restoration Project at one of New York's most active haunted locations - Wildwood Sanitarium in Salamanca, NY on Saturday, August 1, 2020!
Vendor Table Pricing:
Option 1: $25 Prepaid (plus applicable taxes and fees)
Bring your own table.
One item to donate to the door prize gift basket.
Option 2: $35 Prepaid (plus applicable taxes and fees)
Table provided.
One item to donate to the door prize gift basket.
*Tents are acceptable (no larger than 10' x 10'). You must bring your own. Tents will not be provided.
Vendor Setup:
10:00 AM to 10:45 AM. Event starts promptly at 11:00 AM so please be set up on time.
Vendor Breakdown:
5:00 PM (or when event coordinators advise if earlier)
This is an outside event rain or shine. No refunds.
