Join Shankari as we learn about key ingredients and techniques to help you create delicious vegan Thai food at home. Learn to make vegan 'fish' sauce; tofu basil stir fry; yellow curry with seasonal vegetables; crunchy Thai peanut quinoa salad; portobello Panang curry, and mango sticky rice.
Instructor: Shankari Easwaran.
This is a hands-on class with a vegan menu.
Students will enjoy a sample of each recipe and a complimentary glass of wine will be offered to those 21 and over.
Cancellation Policy: Classes are non-refundable and non-transferable with less than 48 hours notice.
Complimentary parking is available for students in the Co-ops parking garage at 28th & S streets. Please do not park in the lot in front of the store
