Italian food expert Lucia shares her secrets to perfect, homemade pasta. We'll start by making basic pasta dough and a spinach pasta dough, then create two different fresh pasta shapes. Lucia will prepare each shape with a complementary sauce and seasonal ingredients: fusilli pasta in fresh pesto, and cavatelli pasta in a fresh marinara sauce. Salute!

This is a hands-on class with a vegetarian menu.
Students will enjoy a sample of each recipe and a complimentary glass of wine will be offered to those 21 and over.
Cancellation Policy: Classes are non-refundable and non-transferable with less than 48 hours notice.
Complimentary parking is available for students in the Co-ops parking garage at 28th & S streets. Please do not park in the lot in front of the store.
