Well use a traditional Stilton blue cheese recipe to take you through the transformation of creamy, organic Straus Family Creamery cows milk into a delicious cheese perfect for the fall! You'll take home your own cylinder of classic Stilton-style cheese.

Instructor: Sacha Laurin, Winters Cheese Company

This is a hands-on class using vegetarian rennet.

Students will enjoy a sampling of various blue cheeses, and a complimentary glass of wine will be offered to students 21 and over.




Cancellation Policy: Classes are non-refundable and non-transferable with less than 48 hours notice.

Complimentary parking is available for students in the Co-ops parking garage at 28th & S streets. Please do not park in the lot in front of the store
