You don't have to go far to bring delicious Sicilian food to your table. Join Lucia as we learn some of the regions most delectable dishes. Learn to make a bright orange and fennel salad; crispy, stuffed arancini balls; classic eggplant caponata and freshly made cannoli.

This is a demonstration style class with a vegetarian menu.
Students will enjoy a sample of each recipe and a complimentary glass of wine will be offered to those 21 and over.
