Compersion: Finding Your Happy with Jessica VonDyke

The first question I get asked when discussing polyamory with monogamous folks is 'don't you get jealous' and the short answer is 'not really'. The longer more complex answer is, of course!, but I am the Queen of Compersion and have worked very hard (and continue to work) for that title!
In this workshop we'll talk about how you might be able to process through jealousy and let go of game playing and insecurities through the act of compersion in order for YOU to find YOUR happiest self. Because isn't that what poly is all about anyway? Getting everything you ever wanted? So let's talk about what's really going on with your jealousy and how, with a new awareness, you might be able to redirect that into a state of happiness for your partner, thus creating more happiness for YOU!

Doors are at 6PM and the class will start at 6:30 promptly.
Tickets are $15 ahead of time and $20 at the door

Jessica VonDyke is a pervy, poly, queer femme who's mission in life is to help folks have better sex. She is the owner of The Garden a sexuality resource center and toy shop in Washington DC and is an advocate for gender inclusiveness, sexy safer sex and queer positive space in everything that she does.
