Filmed with the spirit and budget of indie filmmakers like Robert Rodriguez and Richard Linklaters debut films, coupled with genre elements and Hitchcockian control, Touched lures the audience into the world of a small family, dropping bits of information enticing the viewer to discover the truth and motivations behind its characters questionable, and
sometimes absurd, actions.
