The Strangely Possibles, fronted by songwriter Al Timpson, is a loose collective of some of Maines most accomplished and innovative musicians, including Flash Allen on Keys, Piano & Flute, Shannon Allen on Bass Guitar & Cello, Jason Phelps on Guitars & Vocals, Brad Ciechomski on Drums & Harmony, Annegret Baier on Percussion, Harmony & Violin, and lead man Al Timpson on Vocals, Harp & Acoustic Guitar.
Their music, rooted in soulful lyrics, exudes an unpretentious vibe which they unabashedly call rockadelic. One song embraces Flash s Billy Preston piano while the next rings out Bach on Shannons cello ..and the next one will thump along to Annegrets djembe.
