Enjoy a taste of Italy with these fresh, savory and seasonal recipes. Together we will make Italian panzanella - a delicious chopped bread and tomato salad; ceci e pasta - chickpea pasta salad; pan-fried fish in a caramelized lemon caper sauce, and a fig crostada.

This is a hands on style cooking class.
Students will enjoy a taste of each recipe, and a complimentary glass of wine will be offered to students 21 and over.
