Tamales are a holiday tradition in many Latin cultures, where everyone gathers for a tamale-making party. Chef Adam leads a tamalada at the Co-op; well make homemade masa, then well prepare and enjoy red chili chicken tamales; green chili and pepper jack cheese tamales; fire-roasted salsa, and avocado crema.

Instructor: Adam Lovelace-Spirit

This is a hands-on cooking class. Students will enjoy a generous taste of each recipe.

Parking is available on the first level of the parking garage at 28th & S streets. After 6pm all levels of the garage are available.
