Lucia teaches us how to craft light and fluffy gnocchi by hand. Well make two classic styles of gnocchi, potato and ricotta, and enjoy them with a creamy Alfredo sauce and an olive oil herb sauce

This is a hands-on class. Students will enjoy a generous taste of each recipe, and a complimentary glass of wine will be offered to students 21 and over.
