The quintessential fresh Italian cheese, ricotta works beautifully in both sweet and savory dishes. In this hands-on class, Lucia will teach you how to make your own ricotta at home, and then how to incorporate it into some delectable Italian dishes: savory tart with fresh herbs and spring vegetables; lemony ricotta pasta with basil, and a luscious Tuscan cheesecake.

This is a hands-on class with a vegetarian menu. Students will enjoy a generous taste of each recipe, and a complimentary glass of wine will be offered to students 21 and over.

Cancellation Policy: Please call if you are unable to attend. No refunds with less than 48 hours notice. Prior to 48 hours before class: Credit Card Paying Customers can call Brown Paper Tickets at 1-800-838-3006 to cancel and get a refund or transfer to another class.

Parking is available on the first level of the parking garage at 28th & S streets. After 6pm all levels of the garage are available.
