The garden is a safe and welcoming place where children can leave their stress behind. Learn how to teach resiliency, self-expression, stress management skills and self-soothing techniques to empower children ages 4 through 17. Recommended for teachers and parents (adults only). No art or garden experience is necessary.
Class has been cancelled due to low enrollment. Instructor will reschedule in October.

Class will be held at Soil Born Farms American River Ranch 2140 Chase Drive in Rancho Cordova.
An additional $15 materials fee is required, payable to the instructor in class
