Vermicomposting, the science of composting with worms, is an effective and easy way to put nutrients back into the soil and reduce waste in landfills. In this hands-on class, we will make a worm composting bin that can be used both indoors and outdoors. You will go home with a worm bin, worms and plenty of knowledge on the care and feeding of your new composting friends.

Class will be held at Soil Born Farms American River Ranch 2140 Chase Drive in Rancho Cordova.
The price of this class does not include the materials fee of $30. Please bring $30 in cash, payable to the instructor during class.
