Dinner with Friends

Dear Friends,

Autumn welcomed us to the table for September's Dinner with Friends. We created our menu using the last of the summer harvest, and the first harvest of Fall. Haricot vert salad with white truffle vinaigrette was followed by a cauliflower panna cotta with tomato consomme gelee and trout roe ( thanks for the inspiration Dovetail!) Then we seared sushi grade Ahi tuna and served that over a warm vegetable salad. A simple roasted organic chicken served along side an orzo "mac and cheese" finished up our savory courses. Hudson Red and Hanna graced our cheese course which let us into a trio of ice cream sammies. Whew.

October will be our last Dinner with Friends in the garden for this season.

So it is again with great pleasure, we invite you to join us on September 16th for another installment of Dinner with Friends. Under the shade of our giant Oak, we will serve you a six-course dinner and a welcoming libation using ingredients from local farms and our own private garden. This is a great place for a romantic dinner, a night out to make new friends, and, for those of you who have dined with us here before, to see what's new.

Remember, this event is a BYO. We invite you to bring wine and beer to accompany your meal.

We will release the menu to ticket holders five days prior to the event.

When: Sunday, October 14th
Time: 5:00 p.m.
Where: A Los Gatos Home (address will be given after ticket purchase)
Cost: $65.00
