Dinner with Friends
July's dinner was truly a teat since our own garden provided us with many courses. We began with a summer squash carpaccio from zucchinis picked that morning, followed by a grilled flatbread with eggplant and fig coponata! Im glad our eggplants came through for us this season! We also ventured into veal chorizo stuffed calamari and a citrus herb steak. Summer wouldn't be summer with out a peach so we finished up with peach tart (they are so juicy this season you might see some in August!)
So it is again with great pleasure, we invite you to join us on August 12th for another installment of Dinner with Friends. Under the shade of our giant Oak, we will serve you a six-course dinner and a welcoming libation using ingredients from local farms and our own private garden. This is a great place for a romantic dinner, a night out to make new friends, and, for those of you who have dined with us here before, to see what's new.
Remember, this event is a BYO. We invite you to bring wine and beer to accompany your meal.
We will release the menu to ticket holders five days prior to the event.
When: Sunday, August 12th
Time: 5:00 p.m.
Where: A Los Gatos Home (address will be given after ticket purchase)
Cost: $65.00
