Change up the traditional spread with these mouthwatering sides that are sure to be a hit. Terese will share some of her family favorites: farro stuffing with roasted winter squash and sage; sautéed greens with gremolata; honey-sherry glazed roasted root vegetables; shaved apple and fennel salad, and roasted broccoli with pistachios.

This is a demonstration-style class with a vegetarian menu. Students will enjoy a generous taste of each recipe, and a complimentary glass of wine will be offered to students 21 and over.
