Pies are a perfect way to enjoy autumn flavors like apples, sweet potatoes and nuts. We will make and roll out dough for beautiful double-crust pies, and practice decorating techniques to make a piece of edible art. Rose will discuss working with various fillings and flours, and each student will create his or her own full-sized pie.

This is a hands-on class that includes snacks and samples of recipes made in class.
