Andrew Botieri will be speaking on his sudden life threatening illness and eventual triumph over the rare autoimmune disease Scleroderma which almost took his life. He details his miracle medical journey from kidney failure, a coma and months of dialysis and uncertainty. Some doctors didnt hold out hope for his survival. But he did! His ability to persevere through adversity with the power of positive attitude. He talks about the importance of finding balance in our lives, of keeping true to family traditions and the power of mind/body and spirit. If you know someone who is facing adversity, suffering from an illness or needs to slow their lives down, this night with Andrew will give them inspiration. Andrew will also play some of his original songs on his acoustic guitar.
