This camp is designed for teens aged 14-17 who are experienced in the kitchen and wish to hone their skills. Each day focuses on a different set of techniques, ending with a fabulous meal that we will all enjoy together.
Tuesday - Knife Skills, Stir Frying & Sautéing
Chicken and Vegetable Stir fry, Pan Fried Asian Noodles, Caramelized Bananas
Wednesday - Baking: Sweet and Savory Bread and Pastry
Sweet Potato Biscuits, Rosemary Focaccia, Summer Fruit Pie
Thursday - Handmade Pasta and Sauces
Handcut Noodles with Bolognese sauce, Herbed Ricotta Ravioli and Three-Herb Pesto, Gelato with Raspberry Sauce
