The Loire River Valley in France produces first-class food and wine. Chef Ame brings us a fabulous menu inspired by the region, and sommelier Adam pairs each dish with a distinctive wine from the Loire. Menu: duck rillettes with cornichons and crostini; vichyssoise; seared scallop with grapefruit tarragon beurre blanc, and a seasonal tarte tatin.
