Good Night Gold Dust + Bae Tigre + Devata Daun(DJ SET)

Good Night Gold Dust is a Mankato, MN-based electro indie pop quartet comprised of Laura Schultz, Colin Scharf, Michelle Roche, and Zach Arney. This lineup, formed in Spring 2014, teamed up with Minneapolis producer Brett Bullion (Bad Bad Hats, Caroline Smith) to record their first studio EP, Good Night Gold Dust, which finds vocalists Laura Schultz and Colin Scharf exploring death, addiction, mental illness, failed relationships, and the conviction that hope exists beyond the darkness over a blend of "nostalgia-stirring guitars...cascades of hazy, sun-washed synths...and a blanket of shuddering percussion-fueled beats" (Chart Shaker).

Clash Magazine premiered the EP's first music video, calling "Broken Wing" a "swooping, soaring piece of songwriting". YVYNL premiered second single "Waves" on Oct 20, calling the track "dark but not hopeless". Barb Abney featured Good Night Gold Dust on Minneapolis radio station Go96.3's GoLocal Spotlight and called the EP "an engaging twist of modern and retro electronic pop".
