Chef Suvir Saran at Miami Culinary Institute Monday March 5

Experience Chef Suvir Saran's food and knowledge during his visit as Chef Norman Van Aken hosts him at the Miami Culinary Institute -- the state of the art culinary school at Miami Dade College in downtown Miami -- to benefit Slow Food Miami's Edible School Garden Program.

Chef Saran, is the founder of Dévi, America's first Michelin rated Indian restaurant, located in New York City. He has taught all over the world, is a best selling cookbook author and appeared on Bravo's Top Chef Masters Season 3. When he isn't traveling he enjoys working on his 68 acre, nineteenth century farm located in upstate New York.
