Knife Skills with John Lee
Tuesday, January 24th, 7-9PM
$25 member price/ $35 general admission
In this class we will cover knife safety, basic cutting technique, and basic cuts. We'll also discuss when to use those cuts and why. During the class, you will practice your new skills by preparing a simple vegan meal to share at the end of the session.
Please bring your chef knife from home.
