DIY Holidays: Savory Cheese Platter Building and Tasting Class
$40 for 18 Reasons members; $50 for the general public
Join Bi-Rite Market's cheese buyer Anthea Stolz for an two-in-one evening of cheese. We will start with a savory cheese plate building demo during which you will learn how to get maximum WOW at your holiday cocktail party. For part two of the class, Anthea will lead you in an in-depth pairing class. You will deconstruct the platter piece by piece, learn about the featured cheeses and accoutrement, and how pair the platter with red, white, and sparking wines.
