Produce Dinner: Seaweeds
Seaweeds deserve a better reputation and Strong Arm Farm is on a mission to give these briny packets of goodness their due respect. As you will learn from Heidi and Scott, seaweeds are: delicious; come in flavors that vary wildly from one kind to the next; loaded with minerals and vitamins, and can be foraged sustainably and locally. Heard of umami? Seaweed bursts with this meaty flavor. Come celebrate the ocean's greatest gift to vegetarians with us over a multi-course, vegan, Japanese-inspired menu created by Linh Phu. The meal will be paired with sake and beer.
