Producer Dinner: De Maison's Wines from Northern Spain
May's Producer Dinner celebrates the wine and food of Northern Spain. We are honored to have Spanish and French importer Andre Tamers at the table to talk you about the Riojas, Txakolis, and Sidras his company De Maison Selections imports. As for the menu, Bi-Rite Market's Chile Montes is the mastermind behind the multi-course menu that will highlight the Spanish beauties that Trac Le is selecting, pairing, and pouring for you. The meal includes a break for a short, and very special, Rioja tasting of wines from the three Rioja regions.
