Whiskey Primer with Peter Lemon

One bourbon, one Scotch, and one . . . rye. John Lee Hooker may have wanted a beer after his bourbon and scotch, but we'll stick to whiskies, thankyouverymuch. In this tasting class, local whiskey aficionado and the nerdy-funny-brilliant mind behind The Casks, blogger Peter Lemon will introduce us to the history, culture, science, and tasting of whiskeys from Scotland, Ireland, and the good 'ole USA. If the class ignites a fire in your belly, come back in February for a Scotch-only class and in March for a bourbon and rye class. Dates TBD.
