Lindsay Lou & the Flatbellys weave together the throwback sound of bluegrass instruments and the striking delivery of blues vocals. With a home base in the Great Lakes State of Michigan, Lindsay Lou Rilko (guitar, clawhammer banjo), Joshua Rilko (mandolin, lyrics), Mark Lavengood (dobro) and PJ George (bass) deliver powerful harmony singing, mighty picking, and a tight knit family style conglomeration of contemporary roots music that has a signature complex groove that stands out from the crowd.
