France's Loire River Valley is well-known for its striking chateaux, but we know that the beauty of the region extends far beyond renaissance architecture Join Bi-Rite wine buyer Trac Le and cheese buyer Anthea Stolz for their love letter to the Loire. This cheese and wine class will celebrate the region's unique and diverse grape varietals (from Sauvignon Blanc to Sancerre to pineau d'aunis of the Coteaux du Vendomois) and renowned cheese making tradition which can best be enjoyed in the springtime.
