Ceviche Class at Taj Lounge

Tutuma Social Club has created a ceviche class that is a lot of fun! Tutuma Social Club and Taj Lounge have teamed up to bring you a special Latin Monday. This fun filled night includes a ceviche class with Santina Bari, a salsa lesson with Talia Castro-Pozo, live salsa band, and dance performance. With a dance party all night long it will be a night not to miss.

We start with a welcome cocktail then in the ceviche class we learn:

The history of ceviche and it's ingredients.
How to make an authentic ceviche here in NYC.
How to shop for ingredients
How to make and eat a ceviche! (very important)

After the ceviche class you guided into the hands Talia Castro-Pozo then the dance party begins!

The cost is $40 per person and the next one will be on June 17th. All guests arrive by 5:45pm to start the night with the ceviche class.
