Welcome Snack
Ahi Tuna Ceviche paired with a Wheeler's Gin cocktail with Lime, Cherries and a hint of Basil.

1st Course
Spring Mix, Oranges, Goat Cheese and Red Onions with a Wheeler's Vinaigrette paired with Freestyle Pilsner.

2nd Course
House Made Beer Sausage with Pickled Spring Vegetables paired with an Amarillo Hop Infused Expedition Vodka Rickey with Pineapple and Tangerine.

3rd Course
Salmon "Hobo Pack" with Ginger Couscous and Charred Corn paired with Happy Camper IPA.

4th Course
Beer Braised Wild Boar Belly with Roasted Fingerlings, Asparagus and Nut Brown Demi paired with a Silver Coyote Fig Old Fashioned.

5th Course
Peanut Better Chocolate Mousse with Apple Brandy Caramelized Apples /Java Stout.
