Vision Quest Entertainment and Lee Bartley present an relaxing afternoon of original solo piano music featuring two internationally famous solo piano artists Lee Bartley, and Lisa Downing. Each of these musicians is an accomplished composer, performer, and recording artist, with CDs that have gained worldwide recognition. Don't miss this afternoon of creative, heartfelt, contemporary solo piano music! The compelling original music of these broadly imaginative composers ranges from from jazzy new-age and upbeat neo-classical, to pieces reminiscent of an intensly somber and dramatic soundtrack for a "Twilight" - type saga.

Lee Bartley is well known as the principal composer and keyboardist for the Denver-based and hugely popular classical jazz group, "Images." With "Images," Lee recorded six national releases, for both MCA Universal Masterseries and Capitol Records, charting Top Ten in R&R Magazine for national radio air play. Lee's compelling solo piano pieces, although difficult to accurately catigorize, are somewhere in the genre of jazzy-neo-classical. Lee's compositions are a diverse collection of delightful music, rich in harmony and technique with a refreshing emphasis on melody.

Lisa Downing is a multiple award winning, international concert pianist who is re-defining the genre of solo piano. Among Lisa's releases "A Delicate Balance," was #4 for international radio airplay in its genre, and "Christmas for Two," was winner of ZMR Holiday Album of the Year. As Lisa performs her heartfelt and technically impressive original compositions, your soul will be touched, your memories revived and your deepest thoughts can be heard through her richly intense neo-classical music that illustrates events from our everyday lives. Lisa is a compelling storyteller and her audiences are simply entranced as she shares the inspiration for her compositions.
