Sur5al tournaments are HUGE in the UK and Getsome Athletics is going to host the first one in the USA!!
How it works:
You get 5 players on your team, your 5 skaters play each of the other teams in a round robin tournament in one 2 min jam.
the winner of the jam is awarded 5 points, if it is a draw then each team gets 2 points, the losing team gets 0 points. The team that earns lead jammer get 1 point.
It is played by WFTDA rules with two small changes:
-penalty time is only 30 sec
-you can not call off the jam.
Why you should create a team to compete in the first USA Sur5al Tournament:
-to play with skaters from other leagues
-for fun times
-the winning team wins $250 cash!

July 4th from 1:00pm - 5:00pm!

Who:
This is an 18 and over coed 5 on 5 tournament. You can have an all womens team, an all mens team or a mixed team. Pick your 4 favorite skaters and put a team together today!!
YOU MUST HAVE TWO COLORS OF SHIRTS. A DARK AND A LIGHT COLOR.
If you dont have a team of skaters (or dont want to put a team together) Getsome Athletics will build a team for you. Just purchase the single skater pass and on the day of you will be placed on a team.
