Fiscal Sponsorship
This seminar will explain the fiscal sponsorship relationship between the sponsor and the sponsored organization, including when and why a nonprofit organization would enter into a fiscal sponsorship relationship, the key components of that relationship, drafting a fiscal sponsorship agreement, common pitfalls and misunderstandings of fiscal sponsorship agreements. Speakers will share both legal requirements and practical tips on making a successful fiscal sponsorship relationship.
