October 13, 2013 Farm-to-Table Dinner

Four course plated dinner with wine pairings featuring a local chef. Each event is about three hours and start time is set so that we can serve your entree at about sunset. You'll start with a cocktail hour and hors d'oeuvres. Our grass-fed beef will be the featured entree. You'll eat on the farm grounds overlooking the Kansas hills and can see the pasture where the Limousin cattle are foraging.
