"In A Place Called Hollywood: a stroll through the first 100 years of Tinseltown" offers the chance to step back into the heady, giddy and glamorous years of Hollywood on the very ground where it all happened. Hollywood historian Philip Mershon combines decades of research with natural storytelling ability in a fascinating and fun 90-minute walking tour. Participants will discover the origins of all aspects of the Entertainment Industry including film, radio, television and pop music. From Mary Pickford to Miley Cyrus - they're all here!

For visitors and tourists, the tour offers a true insider's look at a one-of-a-kind introduction to Hollywood. For locals the tour provides a fresh and surprising look land you thought you knew! The intimate size of each tour (generally no more than 8 guests) gives the ticket holder an exclusive and VIP feeling. The tour is open to anyone over the age of 15. Cameras are encouraged, however video and audio recording are not permitted.
