TRACE Seattle Sushi Classes

Hayeong - Trace's Sushi Maestro, is ready to instruct you on a whole new set of topics. Class include hands-on instruction, a beverage tutorial and sushi/spirits tastings.There is a limit of 10 people per class. All participants will be entered into a drawing for a complimentary night at the W Seattle and will receive a surprise swag bag to take home.

Sushi party, anyone? This summer you can create a fun and delicious event for friends and family as you learn to create sushi rolls using seasonal, sustainable fish, plate them with interesting garnishes and craft some fun summer cocktails to accompany.
