In conjunction with the Dinosaur Century exhibit, this monthly symposium will feature the scientists who made many of New Mexico's most important dinosaur discoveries. Speakers will cover the entire range of dinosaur science, from the origin of dinosaurs to their extinction. Lectures are hosted by Dr. Spencer Lucas and will be followed by his tour and commentary on the Dinosaur Century Exhibit.

March 21, 2013-- George Basabilvaso Cretaceous Age Dinosaur Remains from Southwest New Mexico
April 18, 2013-- Tom Williamson, Ph.D. New Mexico Tyrannosaurs: New Mexico's Top Predators at the End of the Age of Dinosaurs
May 16, 2013 -- Andy Heckert, Ph. D. -The first dinosaurs and the Triassic world - A New Mexican perspective on Pangea June 20, 2013 -- Robert Sullivan, Ph. D. - 100 years of Collecting Dinosaurs in the San Juan Basin, New Mexico
July 18, 2013-- Amanda Cantrell - The latest dinosaur discoveries in the Cretaceous of the San Juan Basin
You may purchase each event individually or the whole series other. Do look for separate Brown Paper Tickets listings. The New Mexico Museum of Natural History & Science reserves the right to cancel any event that does not reach a minimum of 6 participants.
