DO YOU KNOW THE JOB DESCRIPTIONS OF YOUR ELECTED OFFICIALS?
What are the duties of your council person, mayor, governor?
Civics For The Emerging Activist is honored to bring the Citizens A FREE Civics Workshop! This workshop is sponsored by The Greenville Community Plan.
We will explore the job descriptions of all Elected Officials, from Committee Person to President! We seek to educate citizens about governance and responsible citizenship.
In addition, we will have a comprehensive Q & A about What Civics IS and why we need to advocate for civic education for all citizens!
There will be lite refreshments served by The Greenville Community Plan, our generous sponsor!
This is community collaboration at it's best...The Urban League of Hudson County is donating space for the event. The Greenville Community Plan is providing resources and Civics For The Emerging Activist is providing vital citizen education.
