Cocktails at Rally with the Darlingtons

Ready to enjoy some COCKTAILS OF THE SILVER SCREEN? Enjoy glamorous sips and movie clips as we present the intertwined history of classic cocktails and American cinema.

This workshop will be presented by sibling cocktail book authors André and Tenaya Darlington (@withthedarlingtons) at Rally Coffee (701 S. 7th St) in Philadelphia Sept 29 at 7 P.M.

After watching hundreds of films for their book Movie Night Menus (with Turner Classic Movies), the Darlingtons have a thing or two to share about the connection between classic cocktails and classic film. Join them for an evening of bewitching sips plus everything you need to know about basic technique. This is the second workshop in a three part series. Each workshop includes 3 craft cocktails, plus light bites.

About the hosts: André and Tenaya are the authors of The New Cocktail Hour, a book praised by the L.A. Times for containing "everything you need to know about throwing a successful cocktail party." It quickly became one of the best-selling cocktail books, and a bible for both home enthusiasts and the industry. They are also the authors of TCM's Movie Night Menus (Running Press, 2016), where they pair classic cocktails with classic films. Their next book, Booze & Vinyl, is devoted to rekindling listening parties and will be released in Spring 2018.
