Weekly Yoga Class + Optional Wine Tasting

Our yoga instructors will guide you in an energizing and balancing all-levels yoga class, combining breath and movement to wake up the body and relax the mind. We work to teach others to engage in self-care through yoga and overall fitness and wellness, in addition to nourishing themselves through having fun and connecting with others within the community! There is enough chaos and stress in the world today; yoga teaches us to embrace finding balance by sharpening our physical and mental strength, as a means to leading a healthy and fulfilling life.

You can come for just the yoga, or uplevel your experience and stay to mingle in the community! The Yes Way Rosé ticket option includes a complimentary glass of wine or a tasting of a few kinds depending on the day.

There is also an option to stay for a Restorative Yin Infusion from 7:45pm-8:45pm for a full night of winding down and restoration!
