The Town of Kinderhook Democratic Committee invites our friends and supporters to join for an afternoon pig roast at one of our Town's much loved working farms! Lover's Leap Farm will slow roast one of their heritage breed pigs for guests to enjoy. Sides will be provided and guests are invited to BYOB.
Live music will fill the air thanks to Valatie's own "Hard Luck" acoustic duo. Bring a blanket, bring lawn games, dress for the rustic out doors of a working farm and definitely bring the kids!
The event is up a small grassy hill on an open pasture, with sun and rain cover provided by a tent. The bucolic setting will be a great place to catch up with your neighbors, meet new friends and build community.
