Refining Acro
Join us for a 2-week series focusing refining your partner acrobatics practice. This series is perfect for practitioners who are interested in studying the details of tricks and smoothing out transitions between them.
Prerequisites include:
> Front plank, back plank
> Star, shoulder stand
> Super star spotting skills (or potential for developing these skills)
> Interest in and attention to details

About the instructor:
Liz Williams has been teaching partner acro with the YogaSlackers since 2011. In 2017 she co-founded Precision Acrobatics with her acrobatics partner Ariel Mihic to bring their love of training to their teaching practice. Liz is a physical therapist, bodyworker, and lover of movement who has been training partner acrobatics since discovering it on the playa in 2009.
