The Stafford Regional Choral Society cordially invites you to join us On Broadway for its annual gala and silent auction fundraiser.

The evening includes a multi-course dinner, a silent auction that's sure to please, and performances by the Stafford Regional Choral Society, SoundCHECK, and a special performance by Riverside's own Patrick A'Hearn.

This night promises to be the most memorable evening in SRCS history. Reserve your place at the table soon, seating is limited!

All proceeds benefit the SRCS Scholarship Fund.

Guests will enjoy a menu especially created by the Riverside Center's Executive Chef and have their choice of entrees.

Menu:

Appetizer:

Grilled shrimp on a skewer, Quenelle, and Spanikopita.

Salad:

Mixed greens with dried cherries, cranberries, sunflower seeds, and a blood orange vinaigrette.

Entree: (choose one)

1. Roast strip loin sliced thin, spread with bleu cheese, wrapped around steamed asparagus, topped with Perigourdine sauce, OR

2. French breast of chicken stuffed with artichoke hearts, mushroom, garlic, in a chasseur sauce, OR

3. Roasted acorn or butternut squash, spread with pureed turnip or parsnip, stuffed with sauteed mixed vegetables.

All entrees are served with roasted red potatoes, steamed broccoli, house-made rolls and butter.

Dessert:

Drunken fresh blueberries over vanilla ice cream with Pirouline cookie
