Healing Power of Music Benefit Concert

Celebrate 30 years of the Maryland State Boychoir (MSB) on April 30, 2017. Proceeds benefit Shepherd's Clinic work in providing health care to the uninsured and the programs of the Maryland State Boychoir. The Healing Power of Music Annual Benefit Concert will take place at the Maryland State Boychoir Center for the Arts at 3400 Norman Avenue, Baltimore MD 21213 beginning with a reception and silent auction at 3:00 pm followed by a concert at 4:00 pm. The event features the renowned Maryland State Boychoir in concert with the Healing Power of Music Chorus, an affiliated community choir. MSB, Maryland's Goodwill Ambassador, is in its 30th year of providing boys and young men from diverse backgrounds and cultures the opportunity to develop their musical talents, build confidence, self-esteem, and learn self-discipline. The Healing Power of Music Chorus was established to bring adults together to experience the joy and healing effects of singing in community. Shepherd's Clinic is a non-profit health center established in 1989 with a mission to provide free health care for the uninsured in Baltimore.
